The Classic Car Show is hosted by the Council of Motoring Clubs on behalf of the member clubs. Displays are organised by the clubs themselves and all exhibitor passes are obtained through the club.
If you would like to become a club member and exhibit your vehicle amongst like-minded enthusiasts, please refer to the club list on the CMC website and contact the most appropriate club to discuss membership.

While we love our four legged friends, sadly dogs are not permitted at the venue.

We are always keen to support suitably affiliated businesses and welcome applications for trade and associated
community group displays. Please contact us for details via the website enquiry form.
All food and beverage services are provided by Ascot Racecourse so we cannot take applications from those services.

Yes, we recommend it. There will be plenty of food and drink options from the humble pie and hamburger through to
pizzas and gourmet delights. We will be providing plenty of seating around the venue to sit back and enjoy your lunch
or snacks with your friends.

Yes you can, however the cost of entry is only covered for the driver and ONE passenger.
Additional passengers will need to purchase a ticket.

The gates open at 9am and close at 4pm for members of the public.
